About this item
Golden, grainy ghee made the bilona way. Milk from our desi Gir cows is set into curd and churned by hand into butter. The butter is then heated slowly on a low flame. Nothing is added, so it has a rich smell and a grainy texture.

Care and storage
- Use a clean, dry spoon.
- Close the lid tightly after use.
- Keep in a cool, dry place. No need for the fridge.
- Ghee can turn solid in winter. This is normal.
